Job Description

This is a Work from Office job.We are looking for Customer Success Champions, preferably with experience in IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products. Candidate would be responsible for talking to the customers and helping them with their queries regarding our software productJob Responsibilities/ KRAs
  1. Responding to and Answering Calls, Emails and Web Tickets of end users in a cordial, professional manner
  2. Logging Tickets (Incident / Service Request / Information Query) for every user interaction handled
  3. Providing first level support on our services via remote desktop calls if required
  4. Route/Assign tickets to the appropriate support group, if necessary.
  5. Identifying and escalating high-severity, priority issues
  6. Updating Pending Tickets with timely, precise, accurate updates
  7. Following-up with end users, if necessary, for closure of pending tickets
  8. Conducting product webinars for our clients.
  9. Documenting support process and resources
  10. Other duties as required.

  • BSc Computer Science
  • B. Tech Computer Science

  4. Should be customer-service oriented.
  5. Ability to remain calm and courteous in periods of stress, and while facing an irate customer and managing back-to-back calls

Job Description

This is a Work from Office job.Looking for sales executives/ professionals with 1-2 yrs of experience preferably with IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills.
  1. Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
  2. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
  3. Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business
  4. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
  5. Selling our online HR/ Payroll software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.
  6. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
Both the in-person rounds will be conducted on the same day for shortlisted candidates. Results will be announced in a week's time.
